werewolves age

Werewolves do not focus on the passage of time.  Getting older for a werewolf means gaining focus and some sort of control of the transformations.  Control comes slowly over the course of time, and so aging is not something to be feared, but something to look forward to. Many werewolves have two ways of marking time and their years – first by how old they are in general human terms, and second by how long they have been werewolves.  An old human can be a new, young werewolf with much to learn.  A young human can be an experienced, older werewolf with much knowledge to pass on.  For werewolves, appearances, especially in human form, can be deceptive.
