Werewolves fact and fiction on art, AWIL, vampires
Alright I agree, let’s move on to werewolf facts! And I have all the answers to your lycan questions…
- Werewolf fact or fiction #1 Answer: Werewolves from London? Alot of people like to think so because of the movie which popularized werewolf culture - An American Werewolf In London (AWIL) (sidenote - did you know there is a song called “Werewolves of London” performed by Warren Zevon? although it is not in the AWIL movie soundtrack…but I digress..). Back to business, I dont know if werewolves are from London! …the word “werewolf” seems to be derived from Old English, however references to werewolves - lycan- can be found as far back as Greek mythology!
- Werewolf fact or fiction #2 Answer: Yes, there is no question that the vampire vs. werewolves battle is real and ever-present. How can these two exist simultaneously? They both need humans as a food source, and isnt it basic nature to battle over food source? Also, I think it’s a fact that vampires seem to think they’re above everyone and everything. They see werewolves as just animals.
- Werewolf fact or fiction #3 Answer: Yes, there are good werewolves. This was my point in that werewolves are not inherently evil! Although I have to agree, there are probably fewer numbers of these werewolves.
- Werewolf fact or fiction #4 Answer: Werewolf art is very popular among lycan and fantasy artwork collectors.
Quick sidenote - what is one of your favorite werewolf pictures of werewolf artwork?
(oops, I just realized I missed one of your questions on if people have taken real pictures of werewolves…I’ll get back to this in a moment…)
