Where do werewolves live?
Where do werewolves live? This is an interesting question.
They live in houses. They live in apartments. They live in condos. Since werewolves when they are not transformed are normal people, they live anyplace you would find a normal person living. You will not find them living in the wild like the Yeti (aka Bigfoot). They do not even need anything special in their homes- for example, vampires mostly need coffins for the complete darkness. Werewolves need nothing. What this means is that it is very very difficult to prove or disprove the existence of werewolves, because they blend in with the normal population, they can be among us unknown.
In theory - and perhaps in reality, werewolves could be as pervasive as any theives or spies. Meaning, they could be among us, living next door and we wouldn’t know.

Do you love werewolves?
Do you turn into one?
Do you know when they transform?

Greetings.
“You will not find them living in the wild”
Sorry to say it but you are wrong.
The only Lycans to live where their are people are the ones in packs. These packs are seen by others as ferals. They only remain close to humans for sport and\or food.
I wise lycan removes himself from the cities if not for their own protection, then for that of the humans.
A lycan must feed. There’s is no denying that. But to feed in the Cities of light is very risky. One lycan alone can not consume its prey on its own. half eaten bodies draw attention. that’s where its handy to be in the pack.
A wise lycan moves to the wild for because even in his\her human form, they are still always closer to nature. They can eat as they choose without drawing attention. A half eaten corpes can be put down to rogue desperate wildlife and nothing more, providing they dont find too many bodies in the one area. Which brings me to my next point.
They are usually nomadic. To stay in one spot for too long is too risky. too much of their own scent is spread over a short distance, making it eaiser for trackers and\or other rival lycans to find them.
Hope that helps.

Seth,
Werewolves most certainly do not live in packs they are “loners,” every werewolf is an Alpha wolf and enjoys being in solitude, he would never come into contact with another werewolf and not fight it to the death. You also say that a werewolf will not completely eat it’s victim which is also false; there is no doubt that he will not be “sucking on the bones” but he will always complete his meal so as not to leave anything for others to take; he would never kill and share he would rather stuff himself to death. He will leave the remains to decompose and for small animals to finish off. While I would like to agree that they are nomadic it simply does not prove to be so true, they must return “home” at the “end of the night” so they must stay close to their “den” they would not travel so far as to not be able to get back home before metamorphosis.

werewolf967,
Had you paid closer attention you may have noticed:
“A lycan must feed. There’s is no denying that. But to feed in the Cities of light is very risky. One lycan alone can not consume its prey on its own. half eaten bodies draw attention. that’s where its handy to be in the pack.”
To eat their prey by themselves in the city is risky as one lycan could not eat an entire body in one night. That was my point.
This is where is where a pack is “handy” I did not say it was desired.
I also went on to say:
“The only Lycans to live where their are people are the ones in packs. These packs are seen by others as ferals.”
Also: “A wise lycan moves to the wild for because even in his\her human form, they are still always closer to nature. They can eat as they choose without drawing attention. A half eaten corpes can be put down to rogue desperate wildlife and nothing more, providing they dont find too many bodies in the one area. Which brings me to my next point.
They are usually nomadic. To stay in one spot for too long is too risky. too much of their own scent is spread over a short distance, making it eaiser for trackers and\or other rival lycans to find them.”
Note the ‘Wise Lycan’.
and FYI, They dont use dens. corpses attract attention of hunter and rivals alike, Only a foolish inexperienced or possibly feral lycan would ever have a den.
It’s just common sense.

Seth,
Werewolves never travel in packs, EVER.
A werewolf (in human form) that lives in the city and that must feed will travel that night to the location that he will be able to feed, true this may not be in the “middle of the streets” but he will travel enough distance as to attempt to keep himself hidden among the shadows and be able to return home that morning.
Also, one werewolf would never purposely “track” another werewolf unless it was for mating purposes.

werewolf967,
I can not believe your ignorrence.
I’m sorry to upset your (smirk) facts on this but you have been wrong again and again.
This may be hard for you to swollow or maybe you just don’t like being told you are wrong. Either way, You are strongly missinformed. like it or not, But here is the truth.
Werewolves at times hunt in packs - FACT.
To leave a body anywhere (especially in and near cities) draws attention. The only sole ones that would be so dense to ignore such truths are killed off quickly, usually even before their next meal - FACT.
I suggest you get better sources. ( that is if you have any and not just going by what you see in movies and read in books)
Werewolf967, you don’t do you ‘handle’ justice. How embarressing.
With regards
Seth.
P.S. before you go ranting on about how you think I’m wrong because you are always right, at least give it a few days before replying to this. Use the time to search for better sources. Otherwise, your rants wreak of desperation. lol. Enjoy! ;D

and one more thing. werewolves seeking out other only in the persute of a mate?
Now that is funny.
They do not mate in their animal form.
(That is only a perverted sexual fantasy of your own. lol)
The next thing you will say is that they give birth to multiple live pups. ( Have you forgotten that these Aren’t wolves? )
Should they feel the need to mate it’s the human side that does the courting, but unfortunately it often results in the mate turning into a meal. Both the sexual and the primal instinct are so strong that there have been cases of lycans confusing their yearning to mate with the yearning for the hunt of prey.
It’s for these reasons that lycans tend to abandon the cities were the pheromones of the opposite sex are so concentrated, aswell as of that of their prey.
in there animal form the only real thing they are interested in is the hunt, the kill, the feed and their territory.
Territories sometimes overlap and the primal instinct is to defend what is theres. A rogue or vagabond lycan will sometimes try to steal ground and is seen as a challange.
A lycans territory is vast. not centred around a den as you suggested but by killing feilds. ( A wise lycan does not want to suck one patch of ground dry of all life, it tends to be noticable. )
They wove within their own killing feilds to give the wildlife time to recover. should they find a kill that is not their own, they take it as a threat and seek out the intruder and usually slaughter it with little signs of mercy. It’s lycan lore.
(much like what I have done to you verbally here, lol)
I can understand you feel as if you don’t want to appear weak.
Not many do.
Just learn to take it on the chin and move on.
It’s not wrong to be mistakened. but it is wrong to deny the truth if it conflicts with your own.
I’m just trying to help.
With regards,
Seth.

Seth,
Hi.
You suggest to me that I should do research online on how werewolves should act, is this how you get your information?
Seth, I do not need the Internet to get my facts about werewolves, it seems to me like you do, is this true?
May 27th, 2008 at 4:43 am
Wow, it seems you are just full of assumptions.
I NEVER said get your facts from the internet you dimwit, did I?
You have proved you a basing your claims on nothing, nothing whatsoever! lol
I just knew you couldnt go -one- day without needing to comment. HOW PREDICTABLE! lol
I guess I am to assume that your supposed knowledge is nothing more than a fantasy. ~Oh your nick is werewolf967 so that MUST mean you are a werewolf, right?~ HAHAHAHAHA
I can say for an absolute fact that a lycan would never associate with a know all know nothing like you, it would just be beneath them.
Keep digging that whole you moron, You’ll get to china one day. lol
Choke on it!
Enjoy.

Well my opinion on the debate about lycans is that yes we do feed….. I know I said “we” but that is beside the point.
June 10th, 2008 at 9:57 am
It really depends on the person. Some may kill and eat the whole body and some may only eat part and share the rest. Also, yes there is such things as lycan packs. Me being alpha of one myself

June 30th, 2008 at 10:03 am
can we argue less? i mean as no one has ever been proven a werewolf most of what we say is speculation as such there are no right or wrong answers. werewolves are human half the time or at least part so it maes sense that they may live in some rural place or maybe a city lots of people go missing in cities what’s to say it isn’t the werewolves.
June 30th, 2008 at 9:18 pm
[…] recently left a comment suggesting that we do less arguing on this blog about the truth about werewolves. Without arguments and discussion however, you can’t find the truth, and since alot of us know […]

I’ve found the Alpha of my pack, but we can’t find the rest of the pack.Does anyone have any advice?Srry, but this was the closest thing i could find to post on.
July 19th, 2008 at 10:47 pm
you should probably search in familiar places, places that you all may frequent…
July 20th, 2008 at 1:32 am
idk where we would frequent. we….we were separated and brought back without our memories. we only have bits and pieces of our memories.
July 21st, 2008 at 12:56 am
I eat live victims becaause they taste better while there worm and still juicy anyway werewolves do not normally live in packs they enjoy being loners so they do not have to share anything, werewolves will only seek out other werewolves if they are looking for a mate!! werewolves are just bigger and stronger than wolves, werewolves are also harder to kill, werewolves are not super creatures they can die and quite easily all you need to do is shoot them in the head at least twice, and silver does not burn me so thats a myth!!!
July 21st, 2008 at 1:06 am
Werewolves dont always have to be in packs like me i am a loner and werewolves dont always have to be men if u get bitten by a werewolf it dosnt matter what gender u are you will trun into one eventually and yes not all werewolves eat people like myself i find people taste good but id rather not end up in trouble so i stick with mostly dear rabits bears also not all werewolves eat the hole kill i dont i have 1/2 eaten carceses all over the place!!!!
August 2nd, 2008 at 3:19 am
Okay some of you are just crazy, others however you have a point.
For one thing, eww to the human eating thing, if you really have to kill something, go for a rabbit, they’re more fun to chase.
Two, I’m REALLY scientific I’ve done my research, and I’m pretty sure the true physical shift is impossible, unless you can disprove my theory (with pictures or whatnot) There is no real point in arguing. I myself have experienced several mental shifts, Not to mention the yellow-green eye color, and the REALLY hard nails and I’m not saying it’s impossible, I’m just saying I need more evidence.
1# Where would you put all the extra mass? Real Weres Turn completely wolf, and are usually normal [wolf] sized. (44-150 wolf,140-200 human male, 120-170 human female.)
2# The caloric needs would be too high to do anything once you got in to that state, you would have to rely on pack members to give you food right away, and nurse you back to health.
And 3# How would you shift your bones that quick? You’d have to do it slowly over time if you wanted not to crack and fracture your bones. (I guess if you were laying down or something you could swap the bone out for cartalidge, set the bones in place, and swap the cartalidge for bone, but it would be extremely painful, and dangerous, and also require a great deal of caloric intake to make the proper cells that fast.)
I’m really interested in what you have to say, and frankly would think that it would be really, really, cool to P-shift. (wish I could.)
