Yes, they can. In fact it is very easy for werewolves to find vampires, it’s theor strong odor that gives them away. To a human, a vampire will typically smell more pleasant than normal. This attracts the human to the vampire subconsciously.
To a werewolf however, whose sense of smell is so much stronger, the smell of a vampire is repugnant. The closer you are to a vampire, the stronger the smell becomes. Some werewolves describe the smell as a cross between a rotten animal and rotten food.
Curiously, it is only “live” vampires that smell. Once a vampire is destroyed, no trace of smell remains.
