Man-Eating Wolves in India
In 1996 in Banbirpur, India (in the state of Uttar Pradesh) there was a rash of sightings of a pack of huge wolves attacking a local village. The story was reported in newspapers at the time as “Man-Eating Wolves” attack small village in India. Reporters and villagers claimed that a huge gigantic wolf preyed upon a lady and her children as they were in a clearing at the edge of a small village. The wolf spotted an opening and grabbed a 4-year old child by the neck, carrying him off into the woods. 33 other children were taken away in a similar manner by what was believed to be a large pack of man-eating wolves.
Man-eating wolves are extremely rare to the area, and because of this rarity, villagers did not believe that just mere wolves were at fault. One conservationist named Ram Lakhan Singh even went so far as to say ”It’s the worst wolf menace anywhere in the world in at least 100 years”.
Vicious rumors started spreading regarding what else could be terrorizing the Indian village. Not only did villagers start accusing strangers and other villagers of the crimes, but at one point, werewolves were also rumored to be the menace that was attacking the villagers as wolves.

how did we go from man eating wolves to the fact that nothing owned the earth
Started out with buddy’s topic, some reasonings on why wolves might, a shared opinion that it wasn’t werewolves, the shared opinion that humans effect on nature was to blame, a statement on humans care only about expanding territory, the statement that they didn’t own the world nor did anyone else… that’s how. 🙂
@Kevkas:
You asked, so I was bored enough to supply the answer
@Lunar: Woah even I didnt remember how we started talking about it…
@Aconissa:
Well, granted it was all written above, he could have looked up. Guess I should double check myself. I’m basing that off of what I think I remember but that doesn’t necessarily mean I got everything. I could have missed something. I was aiming more to be a smart bum toward Kevkas lol
@Lunar: What you said sounded correct though, so I think you succeeded hahaha
@Aconissa:
Lmao! The day I stop giving him a hard time, is the day he’ll think I’m mad at him, or quite sick.
See love… y’all jump from room to room talking on random stuff… hard to follow…… hi all
@Dream Catcher:
I’m sorry! Like I said, it all depends on what comes into my newsfeed of my mail as to what is commented on. If I’m not subscribed to it, then it’s on the werewolves comment thing where I go to read it, that or I’m surfing the pages, reading different things.
hi guys if there is all these siteings then why do no one seem to want to believe them? i just find it wierd. any one eles find that wierd?
@konno12moto:
the majority of the human race needs scientific proof to believe anything and thus are closed minded to things beyond that point.
want to know what I think about werewolves? read my poem on ourecho.com titled “The Werewolf’s Tale” or “The Werewolf Of Woodland Georgia”both are pretty explicit about my thoughts on werewolves.
