So the new chapter in the Twilight series – New Moon – that has brought werewolves back to the mind of most of the world is due to be released in just three days. I know there is a mixture of opinions on here about the movie New Moon, and whether or not it does the werewolf justice. So, let’s take a look at the werewolf pack – called the “La Push” pack.
Taylor Lautner plays the main werewolf – and Bella’s love interest – Jacob Black. The movie also introduces the rest of the werewolf pack including Chaske Spencer as Sam Uley, the leader of the La Push pack. Kiowa Gordon as Embry Call, one of Jacob’s best friends, and Alex Meraz as Paul, one of Jacob’s friends with a short temper. One controversial aspect of the werewolves in the movie, is that the New Moon werewolves serve to protect humans against vampires. There are many who claim that this would not be the case, that werewolves do not necessarily align themselves with humans automatically…that they tend to take a more neutral stance on the topic. Another controversial aspect of the New Moon werewolves, which we’ve discussed before, is the fact that the werewolves transform completely into wolves. Many werewolves do not like this depiction, and in Stephanie Meyer’s novels, she does acknowledge that the New Moon La Push pack are not true werewolves, but rather a close relation of them.
Well, regardless of what you think about the werewolves in the movie, there is no doubt that New Moon is bringing werewolves into the spotlight. You’ll have to watch the movie to see how much you like the portrayal.

Im not saing that Im a werewollf or a vampire, but if I was, I would really hate twiilght, it reuns the were and the vamp image. now, all teens are going to adore this joke of vampires and werewolfs!
I hate anything about gay sparkiling vampires (soz to any vamps whom might take offence) and the auother I refuse to say her name can’t write and ought to have her hands taken off.

I actuly really enjoy the twilight saga, i find the story line interesting, and the charictars intriging. bella is really funny, edward is sweet, jacob is funny and so nice.
i know many of you will disagree with me, but that is were i stand on the subject.
the only thing that makes the movie attractive to me is because of love. love sure is a powerful thing.
