The Evil Eye

The evil eye is the belief that a person is able to project a curse onto someone through their gaze. Some believe that the cause of the evil eye is due to jealousy or envy. In some variations of the belief, the curse that is given is unintentional. The evil eye is often blamed for bouts of bad luck, disease, and even death. Indian women believe that by drawing a black line around their eyes they can not only prevent themselves from accidentally giving the evil eye, but also prevent themselves from receiving the evil eye. There are other ways to ward of the curse, including blue and white circles meant to depict a staring eye which is said to reflect the evil gaze back at the source.

curses.. those are for the witches… if you want a curse done.. be prepared to deal with the consequences.. It’s called Karma people.. and if you’re like me.. and follow the old religions.. you’d know that you can’t curse someone without repercusions unless you were threatened first… If you are not being abused in any way, be it verbal, physical, mental, emotional or anything of that sort. then you can not curse without first paying a price.. it’s called Karma.. whatever you dish out.. comes back three fold..
