The Next Full Moon and Full Moons on Halloween

Just a quick note on the full moon – as many of you probably know the  last full moon was on September 15. The next one will be on October 14 – less than a month away! The full moon hardly ever falls exactly on Halloween (sorry werewolves!) The last time it did fall on Halloween was in 2001. The next time it will fall on Halloween will be on Oct 31, 2020….after that you have to wait until the years 2039, 2058, 2077, and 2096. Those are the last full moons that fall on halloween in this century.
