Vampires are good at creating diversions or distractions away from their own threatening culture that is negative towards humans. Vampires spread viscous rumors and lies about werewolves in an attempt to throw off the balance of humans so that they themselves may appear to be the “better ones.” The distraction works, humans get caught up in the glory, glamour, and attraction of the vampire and the constant belittling they do towards the werewolves.
Vampires collaborate with the humans because they feel the threat of the werewolves. But the threat is not a bad one, the threat is good, it is a positive step for humans and werewolves to get along. But the interference by vampires is stronger than the werewolves voice. Until the werewolves learn to speak out for themselves the two will never get along, and until the werewolves control more of their destiny, the world will continue to be difficult to live in.
