Vampire Movies in 2012

Blood sucking vampires are hitting the screens in 2012. Here’s a lineup of the vampire movies in 2012 you can look forward to! (Of course, we prefer the werewolf movies of 2012) 😉

1. Dark Shadows – A vampire movie starring Johnny Depp about the vampire Barnabes Collins (werewolves are also promised to make an appearance!) Due to release May 2012.

2. Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter – Did you know an American president fought vampires? 🙂 Based on the popular novel of the same name. Comes to theaters June 2012.

3. Buffy the Vampire Slayer – Buffy’s back fighting vampires in a movie reboot…rumor has it it should be released in 2012!’

4. High Midnight – Vampire hunter is out! The movie is set in the late 1800s and starring Elizabeth Hurley and Rachael Leigh Cook.

5. Byzantium – A movie with female vampires!…a vampire mother and daughter!

6. Hotel Transylvania – A 3D animated movie about Dracula with the voice of Adam Sandler and Miley Cyrus! Scheduled for release Seeptember 2012.

7. Vamps – Two female vampires in New York – starring Alicia Silverstone.

8. Underworld: Awakening – The Underworld series is back! Coming January 20, 2012

9. I am Legion – Based on a French vampire comic, it will have a weird combo of Nazis and a vampire child!

10. The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn, Part 2 – Don’t miss Bella, Jacob and Edward Cullen in November 2012!
