Werewolf Movies in 2012

There are a number of werewolf movies lined up for release in 2012.  Here’s a look at the new movies we can hope to see in theaters this year!!

1.  Dances With Werewolves – A movie about confederate prisoners of war escape from a prison camp only to find themselves in a battle against werewolves!

2.  Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn – Part 2 – This movie is a continuation and conclusion of the Twilight series involving Bella, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black (the werewolf). Potential release date:  November 16, 2012.

4.  The Mortal Instruments – A girl finds out the truth about her bloodline…

5.  Shiver – A Werewolf romance movie based on the book!

6.  Underworld: Awakening – Coming January 20, 2012

7.  Werewolf (working title) – Rumored to be either a “reboot” of Wolfman or a sequel to Wolfman about a creature that terrorizes a European village.  Set to release straight to DVD in 2012 in time for Halloween!

8.  Game of Werewolves (Lobos de Arga) – A Spanish horror comedy about werewolves!

9.  Movies still in development, but possibly released in 2012:

  • Full Moon Fever
  • The Ghouly Boys
  • The Lycanthropist

    What about an Abraham Lincoln vs werewolves movie?
    There’s already an Abraham Lincoln Zombie and Vampire movie, It would make sense to have a werewolf one as well!
