werewolf on tv show

We just got a tip about Werewolves on BBC tv with a show called,  Being Human.

It seems BBC America has taken a bold step into the deep world of mythology and is beginning to tell the story of the legends of werewolves- lycanthropy. Taking the life of a real human werewolf and revealing his story along with the struggles of his transformation- the struggles of being werewolf.

“…three twenty-somethings and their secret double-lives – as a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost. They struggle to live normal lives, despite their strange and dark secrets.”

Synopsis of what happens to the werewolf (George):

“…George is in relatively good spirits, putting his monthly transformation into a rampaging werewolf to the back of his mind. But it’s not long before their supernatural conditions catch up with them. The vampire world won’t leave Mitchell alone, and George, who considers the house a sanctuary from his affliction promptly tears his new home to shreds on the first full moon.”

The first clip is the first 7 minutes of the new TV series about the Werewolf, Vampire, and ghost.  At minute 2:25 you will be introduced to the werewolf, and not long after you will find him turning into the werewolf. A short transformation scene.

Werewolf television if hard to come by so if you want to check out the new tv show it will be premiering Saturday, July 25, on BBC America.
