Werewolves on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

CSI:  Crime Scene Investigation did an episode on what they called werewolves – but don’t bother trying to find it if you want to see werewolves because it was in fact on humans! The “werewolves” episode was about humans that have a genetic disorder called Hypertrichosis or the “human werewolf syndrome”. The disorder causes excessive hair growth.

The Hypertrichoses episode was the 11th episode in 2006 (for some reason I missed this when it first came out on CSI). The investigation revolves around “a very hairy man” that many believed to be  a werewolf, but was actually a human man that had the genetic disorder that caused excessive hair growth.
