Westminster Dog Show Winner

A quick off-topic post about the winner of the 133rd Westminster Dog Show – the winner of the competition was a Sussex Spaniel named Stump who at 10 years old became the oldest dog to ever win the Westminster dog show. The show was held at Madison Square Garden and included 170 breeds of dogs, and a stiff competition of approximately 2500 dogs.

Sussex spaniels are calm dogs that grow to be about 40 pounds, and have an average life span of 12 – 15 years. They are traditionally small game hunters, and generally have long golden-brown coats that must be combed regularly.
