The Vampire Lady

Ah, yes, the vampire lady.  I can vouch for what Werewolf967 is talking about.  The vampire lady is in fact real – and I believe her to be a true vampire!  I’ve listed some of her main characteristics below as I’ve seen them.  Werewolf967 goes over more things she does as well.  Now at first, I didn’t want to believe that she was a vampire.  But then I started to think about it.  If a vampire lived next door to you, how would they behave, how would they act?  What would they look like?  And as I started to answer the questions, I found that each answer perfectly described the Vampire Lady.

Characteristics of the Vampire Lady

  • only comes out at night – most notably at 3am (there’s one other person that lives in the house and he comes out in the daytime – is he her servant? and actually, nothing, nothing at all happens in or around the house during the daytime, but at night, she’s doing normal stuff – mowing the yard, pulling weeds, taking out the trash, sitting on her porch)
  • dry, leathery skin  (it has always looked the same since she started living there)
  • very tall and very skinny
  • moves very fast (one minute she’s on one side of the yard, blink your eyes, and she’s on the other side, and it’s hard to say how she did it)
  • very pale

If she is a real vampire, it’s clear she’s been ousted by her kind.  Noone ever visits her.  Although perhaps she is simply trying to stay off grid, because besides a few animals going missing, no human has gone missing from the neighborhood – she might be practicing self-control to ensure she doesn’t attract attention.  It’s also obvious that she is very old.  Not only does her appearance give that away, but also the fact that she occasionally be seen out in the shadows during the daytime – younger vampires might not be so willing to expose themselves to sunlight.

But perhaps the  main reason I agree that she very possibly might be a vampire is because of the feeling you get when you know that she is present.  It’s like on a subconscious level your brain knows what she really is.  It’s weird, it’s like the feeling you get when you are being watched.  Or the feeling you get when you know there is someone in the house with you when thought you were alone.  It’s a kind of sixth-sense feeling.

Maybe like the feeling you might get from being around a predator? I think thats one reason it might be hard for werewolves, vamps, and anything else that has human listed as possible food source to mix with humans because a part of thier mind recognizes predators and makes the concious mind uncomfortable with being around them. If she is a vampire she doesnt seem overtly threatening.

    • I think you are right, she does not seem threatening. She seems a little lost like she doesnt even know what she is doing… kinda dazed. But what if (by chance) she is harmful.. it might be a risk trying to talk to her

Thats what i’m thinking. Whatever her intentions it never hurts to be cautious. Maybe start out just say hi or waving to her when she’s outside? Just keep your eyes and ears perked up. There might be a chance she knows your a werewolf. And watch her srevant too, could be part of some distraction.

I agree with all of the evidence shown…. that servant would be an easy distraction as a husband so…. get your garlic if u ever feel watched!!!
